Fees, seat counts, cancellation rights, and total charges appear in dated writing before any payment. Messages here do not create a coaching or treatment relationship; we do not provide medical diagnosis or individualized therapy plans. What usually happens after you send a note

  2. Scoped reply. Typical answers summarize availability pointers and point you to dated documents for money questions.
  3. Enrollment fork. Payment only proceeds after mutually acknowledged written terms—not from chat alone.
